Linking measures to strategies
Measurement doesn’t happen for the sake of measurement. It happens because it helps advance the success of a campaign and the impact it is seeking to create. As defined earlier, a campaign is a plan to accomplish specific impact for a specific population in a specific period of time, which is a definition we believe applies to campaigns across all of our parent empowerment strategies. All campaigns also have the following four components in a given campaign cycle.
